REST-COAST research was presented at the VIII Water Engineering Conference (JIA 2025), held on 22 October 2025 in Zaragoza, Spain. 

Organised by the Polytechnic University School of La Almunia together with several academic and institutional partners, the conference focused on sustainable water management, climate adaptation and resilience in the context of increasing water-related risks and environmental change.

As part of the scientific programme, David López represented REST-COAST with the contribution “Study of sediment transport in the Ribarroja reservoir (Ebro river) during a controlled flood”. The presentation highlighted REST-COAST research related to sediment dynamics and river basin management in the Ebro system, contributing to the understanding of sustainable water and coastal management approaches under changing climate conditions.
