REST-COAST was presented at the international science conference “Black Sea – Scientific Approaches for Ecosystem Remediation and Innovation in the Blue Economy”, held from 16 to 18 December 2024 in Burgas, Bulgaria. The conference was organised within the AlgaeRevive project under the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021–2027 and focused on ecosystem restoration, environmental remediation and innovation in the blue economy.

During the conference, REST-COAST partners presented research on coastal ecosystem remediation through nature-based solutions in the Foros Bay pilot site. The presentation highlighted project activities supporting coastal restoration, erosion reduction and climate resilience in the Black Sea region.
