REST-COAST research was presented at MARTECH 2025, the 12th International Workshop on Marine Technology, held on 28–29 May 2025 in Pasaia, Spain. The international workshop brought together researchers and technology experts working on marine observation systems, remote sensing, coastal monitoring, modelling and innovative marine technologies.

As part of the scientific programme, REST-COAST partners from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia presented the contribution “Monitoring Morphological Changes Using DIY Bathymetric Devices combined with satellite images”. 

The presentation focused on combining low-cost bathymetric monitoring devices with satellite observations to support the monitoring of coastal morphological changes and improve the understanding of dynamic coastal environments.
