Within the Spanish pilot site - Ebro Delta, REST-COAST will work to restore coastal and river-to-coast connectivity, with an emphasis on wetlands, beaches, dunes and seagrass meadows.  

Addressing flooding and erosion, and the improvement of water quality in the coastal lagoon in Ebro Delta, REST-COAST will be working to restore river sediment fluxes, support dune development and stabilisation, improve water quality and restore and contribute to the restoration and conservation of costal habitats.
