REST-COAST ended 2022 with a stakeholder event, organised by the Ebro Delta Pilot leaders in December of last year. 

The project, and in particular the Maritime Engineering Laboratory of the Catalonia University of Technology (LIM-UPC) and EURECAT, who are responsible for the Ebro Delta Pilot, are supporting the relevant local Coastal Authorities within the region in the common goal to develop hands-on interventions in adaptation and mitigation. Thus, a stakeholder trip to the site was organised, where representatives from Tarragona Coastal Authority (Costas de Tarragona), the General Direction for Coasts (Dirección General de la Costa y el Mar) and relevant municipalities plus the companies executing the restoration works (TRAGSA) were present.
